    • Identifies target prospects and solicit prospective buyers.
    • Coordinates confidentiality agreements by prospective buyers.
    • Disseminates offering memoranda to prospective buyers.
    • Advises seller on selecting qualified, prospective buyers.
    • Conducts initial negotiations with prospective buyers.
    • Advises seller on selecting a buyer.
