Jack Osteen brings more than 30 years of success in marketing media, publishing and real estate to his work with Sherman & Roylance. Jack is a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in Sumter, SC, regularly ranked as one of the top offices in the country. In addition to closing numerous transactions in commercial real estate, he is an award-winning developer of mixed-use projects that promote downtown revitalization and growth.
