Christopher Minnery

Christopher Minnery brings a practical, hands-on background in RCFE oversight, operations, and consulting, giving him an exceptional understanding of the day-to-day realities of assisted living and residential care facilities. This operational experience directly informs his work with Sherman & Roylance Real Estate Investment Services, where he advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of healthcare real estate assets.

An experienced administrator, consultant, and healthcare real estate professional, Christopher has been involved in more than $100 million in healthcare transactions, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), and Assisted Living communities. His background bridges operational insight with investment and transactional strategy, helping operators, investors, and owners navigate complex healthcare real estate opportunities.

Christopher currently consults for an RCFE Management Group, conducting resident assessments for appropriate placement, developing individualized service plans, reviewing operational and compliance records, and performing risk management and regulatory inspections. Previously, he oversaw operations for three Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), managing day-to-day operations, staff leadership, resident care coordination, and regulatory compliance—including California Title 22 regulations, staff training, and the development of best practices in long-term elder care.

Christopher is licensed in both California and Nevada, allowing him to support healthcare transactions across multiple states.
